ASRS v1.1 6-question Screener
A brief screener for recent adult attention and executive-functioning experiences.
Use the Adult ADHD ScreenerResources
Evidence-informed questionnaires for ADHD, autistic traits, camouflaging, anxiety and depression. Answers and scores stay in your browser. Screening can support reflection and a professional conversation; it does not establish a diagnosis.
Screening tools ask about a defined set of symptoms or experiences and compare a score with published interpretation guidance. They can help you notice patterns or decide what to discuss with a professional.
A screener cannot determine a diagnosis, explain why an experience is occurring or replace assessment. Results should be considered with history, context, strengths and everyday functioning.
Your answers and score are calculated in browser memory. BrainLab does not receive or store them. The questionnaires do not use health-response analytics, network submissions or browser storage, and reloading clears your work.

No. Answers and scores are calculated only in your browser and are not sent to BrainLab.
No browser storage is used. Reloading or closing the page clears the questionnaire unless you intentionally print or save it through your browser.
Yes. You can use browser print to keep a personal copy, but the result is not a diagnostic report.
A lower score does not rule out a concern. Consider the impact on your life and discuss persistent distress or impairment with a qualified professional.
