    Virtual Services

Virtual psychological services to support your mental health journey. We offer, individual, couples, and family therapy, group therapy, and some psychological assessments and treatments in a virtual setting in Ontario via our secure telehealth platform.

Our Virtual Reality (VR) Attention Testing is a premium, add-on module for in-person ADHD and psychoeducational assessments at our Ottawa location. Using a Meta Quest 3S headset running Nesplora’s immersive Continuous Performance Test (CPT), clients complete attention and impulse-control tasks inside a lifelike virtual environment (classroom or aquarium). The goal is to capture objective, easy-to-understand data under realistic distraction, then translate that into practical school or workplace recommendations. This VR module is used alongside clinical interview, history, and rating scales. It is an adjunct to diagnosis, not a standalone test.
